Child Stuck In Spinning Tumble Dryer

A toddler was left trapped in a tumble dryer as it whirred into action - after a couple placed him inside the machine as a joke.

On CCTV footage, the youngster's feet can be spinning around in the dryer for more than a minute, as the pair desperately try to free the child.

Staff from the launderette in the US eventually manage to stop the machine and release the toddler. 

Video of the prank backfiring was posted on You Tube by a user identified as PrincessZebra, who reported that the child suffered minor injuries but was safe and well.
